Very successful location of hotel, nearby many good restaurants, shops, the underground and RER. In number and all necessary the ware suffices for independent cooking. There was a public transport strike in Paris during my stay and the hotel staffs helped me to check if my flight was affected. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The location is great and I like the fact it is an reasonabley spacious apartment instead of a small hotel room.Convenient location and ability to self-cater. There is no service during the stay, which is not a big problem for me but the room rates should reflect this "no service", which is over priced in my opinion. room on top floor was quite hot and noisy at times as it faced the fountain. couch/bed in living room was in poor repair with torn material.one llift was often out of order. dissapointing that we got this room given that we booked a long time in advance!. There was no room cleaning service.Temperaturre regulation could be better (too hot in the winter, I wonder how it is in the summer). The aircondition in the room could be better.Bag security was poor for storing bags until the room is ready. It would be far better to use a tag system rather than to allow people to take bags at will. Check-in was very protracted and slow and I was billed the wrong amount (readily corrected). A better TV would also be appreciated. The taxi driver had difficulty to get to the hotel as the road leading to the hotel is not well known.the room wasn't clean enough. Yes I had a concern that during my stay from Friday night to Monday morning the Hotel facilities has not once changed the towels. Sofa bed was old, difficult to open, worn and stained in places, one of the two mattrasses was too hard to sleep on comfortably; extra charge of 7 Euros for fresh towels (although we avoided paying by complaining that we'd not been warned) - assume even higher charge would apply if you asked for the room to be fully serviced; irritating that payment for whole stay was demanded on arrival. This is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in whilst in Parisand I have gone there for 30 years ... The rooms are dark and dingy anddirty. The bedroom was so small, you could only walk past the back ofthe bed sideways. The towels were dirty, they had brown staines on them!!!! Disgraceful. ... staff were rude at receiption, the asked for fullpaynment in advance at check-in.
