We booked this apt as I knew the area, everything about this apt is 10/10, upon arrival we were greeted by Daniel the apt manager, he was polite and extremely helpful.The Apt was a lot larger than expected especially on Paris standards.We had a huge room for ourselves and our adult son had a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge.The apt was well appointed with a small user friendly Kitchen , washing machine, fridge, microwave, lovely bathroom and a deck that looked into a courtyard.This Apt . all reviews »
This apartment is in an excellent central location: close to 2 Metro
stops, the big department stores, and easy (flat) walking to Right Bank
attractions such as the top Museums, Champs Elysees, and Sunday shopping
in Le Marais. The beds are super comfy and the sofa bed is absolutely
deluxe (better than my own bed!) The little kitchen and spiffy bathrooms
were a delight to return home to each night after a long day of touring.

We loved the location. It was close to St Lazzare railway & metro lines giving easy access to everything Paris has to offer.
When we arrived we were briefed on the unit, facilities & the area which made finding our way around quite easy.
The unit was fantastic with plenty of room & a small balcony with table & chairs that overlooked Rue Caumartin. Restaurants & shops are at your fingertips. Lafayette Galleries & Opera House are literally just around the corner. A great p.
The apartment was compact yet contained all essentials needed for s
comfortable stay in Paris, they got it right thinking of all of the
essentials such as a dish washer, washer, microwave, dishes, comfortable
bed, nice quality towels, great location to alot of shopping and short
walks to the Louvre (25 minutes) and the Opera House about 15 minutes,
we walked to two one star Michelin Restaurants.
The location was absolutely perfect for everything.So close to tour buses, metro, rer trains ,shops just super. The apartment was excellent tastefully decorated and very clean.For those who like to shop this is paradise.Great supermarket just a few minutes walk.The apartments are compact and the apt 45 has a small balcony lovely, I'm missing it already and we are back 2 days.
The proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants. There is a metro station at each of the street and the RER station is in the middle.
Small balcony let you hear the ambience of the foot traffic through the street but when you closed the door it was silent. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully fitted out.
It excellent if you are like shopping branded items where Printemp and Lefayatte is 5-10 mins walk. Most important, easy direct transport by train to Disney Paris from the Opera Auburn station. And also same goes direct bus €10/pax to Charles D'Gaulle airport near the opera area. Fantastic facilities in the apartment.
We loved the location of Caumartin 64. We were only minutes away fro every attraction in Paris. The presentation of the apartment (no 43) was superb, and Daniel could not have been more helpful and accommodating upon our arrival: he even organised flowers and champagne for our honeymoon. Absolutely excellent.

It's acutally a clean and beautifully-decorated 2-bed-room appartment near a shopping street. Printempsparis and Lafayette is only 5 minutes walk from the appartment. Monoprix is also not far away.

The location was fantastic, 150 metres from Printemps department store which is next to Lafeyette store, most of the big attractions, Arch de Triomphe, Eifel tower, Louvre, within 30 min walk. Would we stay again? without hesitation.
Incredibly quiet for a city centre location. Well furnished. A real home from home. We loved it. Easy access from Gare du Nord. very accommodating with us leaving luggage for collection later on day of departure.

The apartment was clean, had character and it was central for everything we wanted to do in Paris. The beds were very comfortable and it had wifi a must with a teenager .

I think the caretaker Daniel is need to give more options to reach him when guest arrived. I was lucky the main door was ajar and I sort of "disturb" the offices ladies to call Daenial! If we are French speaking it is easy, but we are NOT. I have also to assist a Singaporean family to enter in the lobby area at least make them more comfortable rather searching for Denial with solid Green wooden doors in front of you face...with no English speaking neighbour to assist!.
Our only suggestion (minor) is that having a mirror in the bedroom (or somewhere in addition to the bathroom) would have been a tremendous asset to this wonderful apartment as the lack of such, made getting ready in an evening a little tricky.

One tiny problem was it was difficult to locate on the street the numbers didn't run in order .

We were not given a contact number for the caretaker to let us in, so when we arrived we were faced with a locked door to an enormous block of flats, didn't know how to get in, & there was no reply on the phone no of the owner. Fortunately the caretaker turned up by coincidence on her way back from the shop, otherwise we could have been standing on the street forever.
