Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and quiet, service is great - the staff is very helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed. Attentiveness of the hotel staff. Typical Paris - room was the size of a shoe box (and we had a deluxe room!) but we really did not spend any time there! When we did the room was very comfortable. There is no kettle for hot water or wine openner etc. The attitude of one of the staff that served us breakfast could be improved. But the overall attitudes of other staffs were fine.1) Poor internet connection in the room and very slow connection in general(even at the reception), 2) No late check out - we were asked for 25% for additional for 2 hours, 50% for additional 4 hours. Very expensive. Very inconvenient for late flight passengers. 3) Restaurant (at night) - Very limited choice and slow service. Lots of talking between the staff without serving. Fridge didnt work, no view, everything is sooooooo expensive, 77 euros for a 30 minute phone call, 9 for a tiny packet of nuts, 27 for a mouthfull of champagne.I asked for a non-smoking room but when I checked in, there was strong smell of cigarettes in the room. The towels were all with the smoke smell. The carpet was not clean. IThere was no kettle and I have to ask for hot water every night and it took half an hour to get me two bottles of hot water. in general, the staff are friendly. The conceige is also helpful.
