Excellent value for money.Fantastic staff that were very friendly and helpful in getting around Paris. Very quiet but central to everything. hotel ok, lovely and central in Paris. Reception staff polite and helpful. Rooms ok, Decor not very attractive!. The location of the hotel was reasonably good. However, there were no directions on how to get to the hotel and it is not signposted. The waiters and porters worked hard although it was clear there were not enough of them. all reviews »
Very unhappy that we were unable to get into our room until after 3.30pm on any day, as rooms had not been serviced!!. The room was small and the decor drab for 4 stars - more like a motorway motel. The bathroom had no ventilation and just a sliding door instead of a normal door, allowing all the bathroom aromas to penetrate into the room - hardly pleasant! The hotel staff was totally despondent when we moved out within 24 hours to a more upmarket hotel. Price was a disgrace for the place. Lots of other nuissances.
