We found the staff really helpful and friendly which was great. Our room was small but very clean. It is located next to a train station and is very central. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if we return to Paris. The best hotel, very good personnel!!! Separate thanks the manager by name of mister Kim!!!. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the deep tub was great for a long soak after a day of sightseeing in Paris. The hotel was conveniently located close to a metro station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and many tourist sights but was not in a "touristy" area. Would definitely stay there again when we visit Paris.The location was superb, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were big and clean, and the price was just right. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very nice location, 30 minutes walking slowly to Louvre. The room was rather little, but everything was very clean. They let us stay in the day of departure till 17:00 - Amazing!. Friendly staff. Location is very good, right in the action at Montparnasse. It is at the right place (opposite la Coupole etc.) It is quite basic, would not want to stay there for a longer time, but for a short visit it is OK.The people are extremely nice (and that is not so common in Paris). The Hotel was clean. The staff were cordial. The bathroom was interesting with a Mosaic of a painting by Matisse.A/C is working but noisy, very good location, fair value for money (for Paris). Nice bathroom. The location and they accepted my small dog travelling w/me - also thestaff is very friendly. It was a little bit noisy at night because of restaraunts on the street.rooms very small- but that's paris!. Perhaps I felt there was a safety issue as we were staying on the sixth floor and it appeared due to refurbishing in the fifth floor that the only exit was through the lift and not the stairs.The rooms are pretty small, but that's forgivable in Paris. The stairs/elevator, though, made me feel a little claustrophobic. The elevator fits two people who like each other a lot, or else one person with a suitcase. The only other option up and down is a very snug spiral staircase. The breakfast is not worth 10 euros.Little bit small... The room and the elevator. There was a recurring noise form the lift being used audible from my room (61) not enough to wake (me anyway) but annoying. Perhaps it was because I was on the top floor. While not a problem with me, the lift is tiny as others have said. I did not have breakfast.The room was very small. Very small elevator (noisy), air-dryer not working and not replaceddespite several complaints, small room. Very small room, almost no daylight. The room was dark and oppressive - the moquette was desperately in needof cleaning - the walls were all scrabbed - one out of two bulbs notworking - the bath was flooded after the shower - on each floor 1 out of3 rooms are like this.
