location, location and we didn't want to stay in a big chain hotel. This hotel is around the corner from top food stores like Hediard and Fauchon; a short walk to the department stores; the Metro station links to the RER for both the airport and the suburbs; easy to get to the big museums and the river and gardens. Splendid hotel with very nice staff. The ambience and location and room.

Ventilation is not very good, in our room the toilet was without window. towels at the bathroom were sometimes not very clean. The first room they showed us was not particulaly nice but the secondroom was more comfortable and spacious. Unfortuanatley the internetdidnt work in the hotel sitting area only in the room!. no bar in hotel, however nice food and drinks available for room service from Italian resteraunt next door.The breakfast was overpriced for what was served. The toilette in theroom was very small. Some food smell at night in the room. The breakfast! The room was nice but small - again typical of Parisian hotels.There was cockroach in the room. rooms are really small and don't look like on the pictures on internet.Room too dark, very few light, room must be refreshed. the bathroom. very poor quality breakfast. The airconditioning wasn't working in the hotel. Bed was uncomfortable - neither of us slept well and the room was very dark. Bedroom on website looked completely different to what we got.No towels available on the last night of stay. Front desk clerk did not speak english, expensive breakfast. Cleaned the room while we had the "Do not disturb" sign. I would think it needs to be refurbished. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in my life, and for a 4 star hotel it's totally unacceptable... There were little animals in the room, I was given a smoking room despite having asked for a non smoking one, the gymn is too small, the room was very, very, very small.
