+ both free WIFI and normal internet via network cable. the hotel is situated nearby jewish community and Kosher shops, which were both very important for our stay in Marseille.Extremely helpful staff. the hair dryer, the flatiron, the hifi system, it's next to the place i had to go, it's nice...high-speed internet access, good breakfast, comfortable recent and firm bed.
all reviews » well located near stade velodrome, possibility to park your car but price is expensive. Room size was good. We had a kitchen, hairdryer and other appliances. Not central to main city as a leisure traveller not to convenient. It`s near two underground stations. To be honest absolutely nothing. It was not what we were expecting and found that it was very expensive. Locally there were not any decent restaurants or Bars and the ones there were served the same food. The local French people did not speak a word of English alongwith the hotel staff who were always in a rush to serve you and then closed the reception which was very unusual.eventhouw I send a fax 5 days before arrival, (which they confirmed receiving) asking for the lower floor,they mannaged to put us on the 8th floor! they could only tell the common answer, "we are fully booked" .... Difficult to find food to cook in our room. Perhaps the hotel could provide a small shop with the basics.nobody told us how to get hot water for the shower in the evening!!! we had cold water the first day!!! and nobody changed the hand towels : why? in the morning, it's impossible to sleep after 9 am, because we can hear noises : people who trail along the chairs, it's very boring... 1) the bath tub was not clean upon arrival, and was better cleaned on my request. 2) The air conditioning was broken. A letter posted by the management in the hall *without* a date was promising that "the air conditioning will be repaired *tomorrow*", but it remained posted there and I spent the whole (hot) week without air conditioning. No discount or compensation was offered for this.a lot of dust in the room. The location was just average. Computer access was free, which is good, but it should have a sign saying that if people are waiting to use the computer, there should be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. Both nights, we wanted to use the computer but certain Spanish individuals were on it and we waited for an hour or more both times! And the people on the computer kept telling us 5 more minutes. Was not aware that studio rooms do not have beds (only sofabeds. The Air conditioning has made all my family very ill, the location is terrible, there is nothing local to the hotel and the rooms are so small. The taxi drivers are so crafty as they charge you to get to you and add extra for luggage so you do not pay the price which is on the meter!!!!.
