Park & Suites Lyon Part-Dieu features 3 meeting rooms with the meeting facilities you would expect from a premier conference venue.
The main hall measures 140m² and presents adjustable spaces for your conferences, seminars, show rooms, workshops or receptions.
The adjustable lounges A and B are on the second and third floors. They each have an area of 20m² and are ideal for business lunch or dinner.
The hotel’s chef can provide special catering requirements upon request.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival by credit card for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that a EUR 5 extra fee applies for pets. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning their kitchen area before departure. If the kitchen area is not left clean, an extra charge will apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used to book upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. By train:
Railway station GARE DE LYON PART-DIEU (0, 4 Km): daily connections by TGV.

Arriving from Gare de Lyon part-Dieu: take the exit “Vivier Merle” in the
railway station. Cross over the esplanade until the Viver Merle Boulevard.
Then turn left at the boulevard Vivier Merle. Continue for 600 meters, and then cross over the Felix FAURE Boulevard. After 50 meters, you will find our building in your left hand side.

Tchécoslovaques Boulevard (760 m). Go straight ahead on the Marius Vivier Merle Boulevard (320 m).
