We arrive near 22hs, and the reception was closing. We have not towels att the room, and nobody to replace them. my skin got itching more and more after 3 nights sleeping on their bed. My doctor said that it was because of the hotel bed was not as clean as it looked like.The service was awful. The room that we booked was not available, they gave us a smaller room that was not clean when we made the check in, even when we made it at the time they suggested. The staff was very rude and impolite. The walls and bathroom were dirty. The extractor fan in the bathroom was out of service, as well as the telephone.
