It was quiet. The most quiet we ever had. Its location was also the best; two blocks from the incredible Tete d'Or Parc. Close to the train station. Great breakfast buffet. We will definitely return. The rooms were very spacious, the staff and service were excellent. The location next to the Parc de la Tete d'Or was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back in 2 weeks.

The plan had been to stay longer but when changes were necessary, the staff was very accommodating; however, we were unable to enjoy all facilities and the location. The accommodation is of a high standard and did not disappoint. I agree with the Michelin Red Guide which indicates high quality but not the highest.The best hotel I have stayed at for three adults. Kitchen well equiped. Clean and warm with a good sized sofa bed. Lovely large bathroom .Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was secure. I would stay here on my next visit to Lyon. Large apartments, solidly built, nicely furnished, thanks to 'bookings' well priced. Place needs a little attention to the corridoors. Garages good too.Great value for money. Not to many...the location is difficult to find, and the distance is so far from Metro station. The service wasn't as good as it could be--we ran out of kleenex and toilet paper and it was not replaced plus there were not three towels--but this is a minor point and could be dealt with easily. seems lack of training and could be just a fluke. The staff of the hotel and restaurant was very helpful and friendly and the was the same.Breakfast was not included and too expensive. We ate elsewhere. I would appreciate to have just a chocolate or any fruit as welcome gift ... You can find this in other class equivalent hotels.Maid didn't leave sufficient number of towels, but when we requested them they were delivered immediately. Restaurant was not open due to Christmas/New Years holidays...which we didn't know of in advance. The internet access was not working. The hotel is far from old town and it was almost impossible to find a good restaurant near by. Breakfast was rediculously expensive. Much better off including it inprice and increasing the oom rate slightly as 19euro/person isoutrageous.Not a big issue, but it was a 30 minute walk to all the places we wanted to visit and the restaurants. I found there delay in dealing with a couple of issues i had extremely annoying. Also it is a fairly long walk in to town.We left the room a bit before noon, but the no one came to clean the room... Very tight garage. Location. No very good transportation to the center and to far to walk. Bedroom too small in proportion with the suite. Reception staff adequate but not very friendly. No milk in kitchen for making coffee. Breakfast too expensive. Quite a long walk from anywhere. Good f you are staying a while but not very sensible for one or two nights. Lobby. Incovinence to the garage. The lift can not reach garage directly.The frontdesk guy in the afternoon shift was not very nice. remote from center/ to use internet was cost much=I payed 20euro for 30 minuits. Driving instructions to reach the hotel and from the hotel were poor. The suite was not completely clean; e.g., there was a toothbrush on the floor of the living room. Entry into the garage was awkward and the garage was insufficiently lighted. We were not adequately informed about elevator access to the garage. Utensils is the kitchen were not really adequate. For example, there was no container. Bed was old, dipped in the middle. Should have been replaced. 4.5 euros for a coffee, this is just robbery!. We checked in at 4pm but room not ready until 5pm. Pretty appallingreally. Although suite was large, it was very basic and not thatcomfortable.
