Initial communications with the hotel were excellent. Having booked a room through letsbookhotel.com, I was able to change to a more suitable one with an exchange of email. We travelled with 2 children and had a room with a separate twin bedroom for the children, which is quite unusual to find in French hotels. The rooms were spotlessly clean and daily housekeeping was very efficient. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools - they were never too busy and there were plenty of loungers to accommo.
