  Ambiance, service, food, quality of room - The manager, Pascal Garnier, was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assure our comfort. In particular, he thoughtfully arranged a room for us which would minimize the stair climbing, that is so difficult for seniors.

  Excellent location, very comfy rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant. This was our 3rd / 4th stay at Hotel Central and we look forward to the next one. - Hotel was centrally located. Room was clean and bathroom was larger than other European hotels.

  Easy to find, excellent parking facilities (through the gate = also hotel entrance !). Friendly staff. Nice renovated room (number 50, with bath and separate toilet). Buffet breakfast value for money. To the left the Beaune Tourist Office around the corner (tip: book a winetour through the vineyards for 2/2,5 hours...recommended !). To the right (... what people say » look for the sign above the gate) a Casino supermarket.When you leave the hotel (ask for a free citymap at the reception) you walk straight into the o - Hotel is well situated close to centre of Beaune which is a very picturesque place with plenty of history and decent shopping. The hotel has secure parking and is within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good value with plenty of choice.

Wine cave on sight, can set up personal tasting. Regarding the room: clean, lots of space, feel at home. Would definately return. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. - This accommodation is very special. The most beautiful we have stayed in. The rooms are very large and everything is tasteful and of good quality. It is right in the centre of town and yet so quiet. The wine tasting is a must. We would return to Beaune just to stay in this lovely place.

It was interesting to see how the space was efficiently utilized for the bar, children's area, dining area, reception, etc).   Close proximity to the old Beaune city. Walking distance was very good. Free parking was a bonus. Lots of amenities available. The staff were always obliging fo our requests. - staff is really nice. Swimming pool area is nice and safe. Parking lot is private and closed with a gate. Rooms are clean.
