The Mt. Blanc team were easy to communicate with and provided good support for our entire trip in English. Their advise on local hiking and attractions was very helpful. Breakfast, Hot Tub spa and location were very good for our trip. The facility layout is very good for interacting with other guests. We met several people from different countries and backgrounds. We like the hot tub which has an excellent view. The common room is a place where you can watch tv, chat with others or surfing the internet. You will have a home feeling. The staff are very friendly and helping. They suggested us the hiking routes. Its location is about 15 minutes walk to the town centre.
all reviews » Great staff, English speaking and very helpful. Nice chalet with good breakfast. Not too far away from Chamonix town center, about 15-20 minutes walk. Bus stop right in front of Chalet. They have steam room as well for relaxing. Free wifi in common area. Our hosts Conner & Laura were excellent. Young.and ready to help,and made our stay very enjoyable. The free bus service helped us to see the town and other villages.Breakfast was good with plentiful tea and coffee. Chamonix is a delightful town. After initial mix up with chalets where work was carried out, we were given even better accommodation right into town and very spacious. So we are entirely pleased with the treatment we were given and would go with Spa Chalet again. We loved the Chalet. It has modern room and bathroom with views of Mont Blanc. Staff are fabulous as is the delicious breakfast Loved the comfy living area and use of kitchen with fridge. Spa and sauna are available Magic!. Small but brilliant rooms, nice hotel and the wonderful staff... Loved it! Also the walk from the hotel through the woods to the city centre - aah want to go back! Brilliant staff. Keep it the way it is!. Laura, Connor & Alberto were excellent hosts. Great to have free access to fridge, tea and coffee plus lovely bowl of fruit. Excellent breakfast included. Young couple running the place for the Brit owner a bit cavalier about bkft the morning I needed to leave on schedule but it all worked. They gave me a lift to the station which helped a lot. Nothing. Attic room. Directions on check in instructions were incorrect. Location. It's pretty far away from the center of down town, around 15 minutes walk from train station. rooms were small, really difficult to find long walk from chamonix poor breakfast.
