The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class. The health spa and pool was excellent and we made use of these often. The staff were all charming and very helpful. The bed was super comfortable and everything very clean. Wonderful setting.

Spa, swimming pool could have been a little better, size of swimming pool was disappointing, no real jacquzzi.The hotel doesn't have any air conditioning, so we had to open the doors as it was very warm in the room. Our room was on the first floor so it was very noisy and I was concerned that it was be easy to access from the street. 2 minor problems. Room was a little too small, cramped. There was a sewer like smell outside of our room for 3 days mostly in the hallway. It was hard to get a box of tissues. After the inital box, we were told there was none available for the rest of the week.But I would return to this hotel, because of the excellent staff who really made a difference.Noisy heating system. Noice outside from clearing bins (I think). No tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was not really good.Uncomfortable pillows. services prices. The heater in the room didn't work for the first day and night. Noone seemed very concerned about it. It took three notices to get it corrected.Swimming pool is very small and the current didn't work, if there is more than 10 people in the spa it is very cramped.
