  Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it.   The owner was very friendly and helpful, and she showed us what was worth seeing in Cannes. The accommodation was very acceptable for a 2 star hotel.   The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. The room was clean basic and freshly painted, situated one block back from the Main Street (opp: la croisette ) Great location. 100mts from coastline.
