Very nice place 3 min from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès or if you prefer the beach or the Croisette... Huge apartment with two jacuzzis, one in the master bathroom and one on the huge terrace. Very friendly contact. Sound proof windows. You have to know, that the apartment is close to a road with dense traffic. But the sound proof windows and the air condition let you forget that fact.
