welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive. The room was really nice and big.Excellent attitude of hotel staff, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Near the sea. It is really beautiful landscape that you'll enjoy from the rooms with sea view, also city view room are very nice. High level's hotel.With pleasure I will choose this hotel next time and I recommend it to all who will stay in Biarritz.

The reception staff on duty when we arrived were very helpful; they parked my car and provided maps of the town.cost of certain drinks and food items was high . not enough variation on food, themes, styles .. i.e difficult to get a sandwich at cetain times. The water in the heated swimming-pool was very cool (not for the faint hearted). Food for room service was rather disappointing as far as quality and price were concerned. room service options too limited, internet ethernet + business center not working (had to pay for wireless and even this service was having technical malfunctions), impossible to book appointments at spa even for hamman (no priority spaces left open for hotel guests???), television options terribly limited, pay per view options expensive and awful selection (!!!), bad tv screen and sound quality. The hotel was lovely, however, the price of the room was ridiculous (€200 per night for a city a view). When we arrived at 2pm there was no such room available so we politley requested a room asap and ended up with a gorgeous sea view room which had been advertised online for €798 for 2 nights!!. The cost of car parking should be an add on.Staff was not friendly.Mini-bar was out of order and wasn`t fixed even after our request. The food was very disappointing and overpriced.The air conditioning did not work - room very warm.
