It's a small and kind Hotel in Beauvais on main square, very near to the beautiful Chatedral and the Railway Station, where stops the bus what goes to the Airport.
There are a lot of nice coffee shop, bakery, playground, confectionery near the Hotel. The staff don't speak English so good, but they were very helpful.
We arrived earlier as 3PM, but we drank a coffee until harvested, the staff brought up the luggage to our room!

Very pleasantly surprised. Paid €70 for a superior double. Have to admit I was not expecting much. It was fine! Very clean, shuttered French windows which kept bar noise out. Food and service excellent. Very popular with locals which tells its own story. Breakfast €6. Free parking on safe square right in front of hotel. I would Definitely recommend this hotel.
Ideally located very central.Spacious warm room,and staff very helpful with recommendations for restaurants,sights and activities of interest.Had early morning start, arranged airport transfer at very reasonable cost with sandwiches provided as we would miss breakfast.Would stay here again.
Good position, right in the central square, close to everything. For the airport, you can go just in front of the hotel, over the square and take line 12 with only € 0.90 per person and you will be in the Beauvais airport in 20 minutes. Also the bar/restaurant downstairs looks really nice.

Perfect place to stay for one night if arriving late in bauvais airport. Nice clean room, super special matress, free wifi, in the center. 5 min. Walk from the train station. Very friendly staff.
Brightly-coloured room with decorative images boosted our liking
for the room.
A bar at the bottom of the hotel made it convenient to get a drink even in the middle of the night.
The location was perfect, and though there was no elevator, the attendant carried our bags up the stairs for us - we didn't even have to ask! Very cordial and helpful staff.
The staff were great and very helpful. Room was fine for a night - clean but quite plain. Convenient for catching a flight and beauvais was a lovely little town.
The service was friendly and excellent. Breakfast and coffee good. The location in the charming town square is very practical.

The one and only problem was too warm at night.
It was a cold, late autumn, but was very high heating.

Bathroom needs attention regards fittings being loose or not level.No shower door therefore water on ground and seals need to be redone as showing grime and damp stain.Only problem was with shower but provision of kettle for tea /coffee would have been nice.
Sound proof is quite bad, also there is no reception in the early morning, we left at 7:00 and there was nobody around to check-out.
No elevator. Narrow staircases. But no problem. This is an old building with this kind of architecture. If you have heavy luggage ask for a room in a lower floor.

Checking out early to catch an early flight at BVA airport was a problem because the reception (bar) was not open til 730.
the stairs to room were very steep and wouldnt recommend to someone who isnt very fit, very basic rooms. there was a mix up with the morning staff as to if we had paid our bill, which we had the night before but was eventually sorted after a few phone calls so the communications between staff could be better.
Not a negative, but just be aware that there isn't really a hotel reception. You just walk into the bar and are then directed to your room.

upgraded to superior room it was very basic.
Very poor standard in the room. Room doesn't look like on the pictures on letsbookhotel.com!!! We had a mini tv on the wall (with all the holes and the lack of painting visible behind, after removing the previous tv). The table was from a bistro-kind of style- and another piece was missing from the bed furniture. Unfortunately i forgot to take pictures because i was happy to leave the room next day. Definatly didn't worth 65 euro for a night!.

the room is very small, cant even place 2 open luggage together. No elevator and the staircase to the room is small, difficult with big luggage.
Five flights of stairs with no elevator.
Simply a terrible hotel for an outrageous price:
- price/value ratio is very poor;
- the hotel amenities were appalling: no wardrobe, just an old hanger, two seats, old table, delapidated bed.
- no elevator.
- I had to wait 6-7 minutes for warm water in the shower (not joking: I stepped back from the shower and shaved, brushed my teeth and only then I felt the difference in the temperature).
