We loved the room and the pool and the restaurant and the location - the staff are friendly and create a great ambience. Special mentions to the concierges Patrick & Ferdinand, to JeanLouis the sommelier, Guillame the maitre d' and the musicians who entertain at night. Also the room maids who do not wake you up early to clean the rooms!. The location is superb. Swimming pool sea water with step ladder to swim in the sea. The service excellent and some of the food delicious. Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings. The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise. Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.

The pool area is lovely and relaxing and the room was comfortable. The resort was maintained very well. The staff was extraordinary in their efforts to accomodate us during our stay. The location and pool facilities are phenomenal. The town of Beaulieu is quaint with some alternate options for dining and spa. Excellent location on the sea front next to the harbor with unbeatable views to the sea and Cap Ferrat. Hotel staff is highly professional and really care. Some quasi-celebrity guests create an unfriendly arrogant atmosphere which certain staff play up to so unctuously at the expense of dealing with other ordinary guest's needs. Main dinning room open in the evening only during summer months and it is very much a gourmet restaurant. If we were to stay a few nights and enjoyed staying in the hotel in the evening the food would not suit us. Only as a special meal but not for many meals. Perhaps because of that guests tend to disappear and go out, so the bar and garden are very quiet. A pity because everything is just so beautiful. I almost fainted when I saw the price of the food! 46 euros for pasta and sauce is a bit steep (and that was the cheapest thing on the menu). That said, there are loads of lovely and well priced restaurants in walking distance so don't let this put you off!. The restaurant was really a bit over priced especially for lunch and breakfast. Some other options at the €15-€30 need to be offered. €60 for hamburger and fries is a bit much! Workout facilities could use some help as well. The hotel restaurant is very expensive making hotel guests dine in the nearby small restaurants in the harbor. The coffee quality in "continental breakfast". Exhorbident restaurant prices and no other 'in-hotel' options... especially for breakfast... easily the most expensive breakfast option we have seen anywhere in the world! So fine to stay here, and if you're a REAL foody, have dinner here once, but otherwise eat out for every meal. I have been here many times,yet to find anything to not like. Ridiculously expensive food. About $70 for a bowl of gazpacho at the pool restaurant. For that kind of money you don't expect them to not bring you coffee after asking three times. No Internet upon arrival and when requested help with it was handed a newspaper to read that instead !!! :( Kinda sarcastic, yet funny Prices. Room cleaning was actually too overzealous moving about our things. There was nothing we didn't like. Slightly hard beds, but obviously a personal choice. We had a twin room and found the beds to be too small in width. you needed to have a reservation to sit where you wanted at the pool. Some sort of pecking order. the restaurant was too gourmet..it was a pleasure to sit there, but one would have liked something simple at a reasonable price. The weather. the restaurant is not worth money. room was very small.
