Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome.   Only 20 minutes from/to airport, no traffic. Clean, quite, few restaurants, bar and supermarket in the vicinity, 5-10 min. by walk. Good recommendations where to go and what to visit you can easily find in the room's guide. There is one computer in a lobby where you can use internet for free, or wi-fi in a room, but I'don't remember the price. And... what people say » that is true you can find rabbits in the park or garden closed to the hotel. - I stay in this hotel several times during some year. Good place for budget city trip. Near hotel location is small park. In the park we sow squrells and rabbits. Bus and tram staition, kioski, two supermarket, some coffe - all facilites on this place.
