I loved the interior design, the rooms were bright and friendly decorated. Everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was FABULOUS, very many choices, you can save a lot of many filling up with that breakfast. I also loved the location, if you want to stay away from the more upscale downtown and go to bars that have more reasonable prices, this hotel has the perfect location. Clean room and shower, good service, great location 15 min. Walking to the City heart, tidy restaurant and excellent food/ choice. Great service at the restaurant as well. Excellent room insulation and sleep quality. I can surely recommend the hotel for more-than one day trip.

In the morning was very loud because the windows went to the big square where there were a construction site located plus all the common transport and the trains going from the central railway station. Actually this is not true four-starred hotel, but even three-starred hotels in Helsinki are more expensive. even first day,there was only small amount of toilet paper in bathroom,no extra one. we have to get toilet paper from front desk small room for 3 adults to stay no space for bags. The third bed in the standard triple room was actually an extensible armchair, quite unsuitable for accomodating an adult. Fairly small room, breakfast pretty ordinary. Breakfast room crowded at times. Limited food selection on breakfast. Pictures featuring refrigerators are a bit misleading; in fact, a refrigerator might be useful. The staff was somewhat lax. - On the breakfast was little choice; - in the shower was cold water. I think they need a something like kettle in room, becouse that is terible that I need to buy a hot water if I want a tea. The air-conditioning was difficult to set-which mattered as window was not openable; also not sure whether extract fan worked. wifi niet inbegrepen, weinig gevarieerd ontbijt. no refrigerator. Breakfast choice could be extended. - Extra cost for wifi in room - quite limited breakfast buffet. Windows cannot be opened (blocked). Nothing. The shower was never hot enough and this alone would make me consider whether I stayed with you again or recommended you to friends. I hope this problem was only at Cumulus Helsinki. Water pressure is very low in the shower because of saving purposes. For this reason alone, I wouldn't stay here again. They also tried to put me in standard room even though I had reserved superior. Otherwise it's a nice hotel if you don't need to stay at the very center of town. A little late checkout time if you arrive on a morning train from St. Petersburg, I have to wait long for settlement. Price was slightly too high. expensive parking, a small dining room, a cool room, meager breakfast. We stayed at 18m3 for 3 adults with two separate beds and... a chair. But anyway it was a one night stand so can't complain.
