And the restaurant (Monaco) certainly is among the very best food you can get in the Baltics, at a very reasonable price! We have stayed here three times now, and will certainly return again. Close to the old town, good standard of the hotel, clean and calm hotel. I missed an iron in the room but that was quickly solved by the reception. No tea/coffee facilities in room (that I could see!).The breakfast wasn't as good as you might have assumed based on the hotel otherwise, but it was good still. Interior decoration is not my taste.The room hadn't been vacuumed when we checked in. Crumbs all over thefloor and bits of food still on the floor. The cleaning staff wereextremely busy. They were still cleaning rooms at 3.30pm. When we firstchecked in we were in a room that looked straight into a constructionsite with workers staring into our room. I asked to be changed and itwas no problem. Wireless internet did not work during 3 days.We spent quite some time in the hotelbar/lounge, but never saw a smile on the face of the bartender! They should learn form the receptionists, who smiled constantly!!. difficult to find. it is so new that hardly anyone knows it. Staff should take care about Tallinn center map to be always in reception. 1) The area of buffet is not enough to the number of the visitants 2) There is only one computer for internet access. Actually this hotel is great, price/quality is perfect. Only two small complaints, and then we are quite picky: The cleaners forgot some minor details, which were fixed after a call to the reception. And we would like to see some more towel hangers in the bathroom. Better info for normal guests if there is a special event in the hotel (restaurant closed, security staff everywhere ...). The cleaning women for our room and the service personal at the Bar in the Spa were not very friendly. Pool too small, jacuzzi too small!. It would be nice to put the tea/coffeemaker in the room. See through bathroom walls a bit weird. the glass wall between bathroom and room is confusing. no wireless access in the room. very soft mattress. airconditioning working slow and not very accurate. No Tea/Coffe making facilities in room. Unable to check in unitl 2pm (despite the website information saying it was 1pm)/. sauna is far too hot!. It was christmas, and the communication with guests was very poor, for example change in breakfast times (we had an aircraft to catch) and the closing time of the relax centre. There were annoing problems with the electronic keys, however, it may happen everywhere. The room might have been better cleaned.1.The underground parking service was awful. Each time we went out or in with a car we had to wait really long for the gates to be opened although we pushed all the buttons correctly.2. The employees didn't speak to us Russian at all. How can the staff of four star hotel just simply ignore you when you ask them something in Russian??? We were forced to use English which was really hard. the view and noise from other rooms.Breakfast very crowded. Menu in hotel restaurant was limited.
