hotel was lovely and clean and really enjoyed our stay nicest hotel we have stayed in Estonia and we have stayed in a few. everything was perfect, best hotel we had during the whole Estonian holiday. Excellent service, nice atmosphere, very god spa treatments. I've been to this hotel before and it's good as always!. Everything. Nature around, service- attitude.

The hotel was modern and fresh, the rooms big enough. Thespa pools were great (several different ones), I especially liked theoutdoors pool and 33 degree pool. Spa treatments were good too (and wetried 6 each). Restaurant was fabulous and lot of activities forchildren - even though our daughter is only 1,5 years. Saunas and swimming pools are free for hotel guests. the view, big windows, Very big bed. SPA activities. Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast Bufet is excellent. The Hotel was fully booked over the weekend, but it was quiet in the room. Friendly staff in spa center and lovely treatments. Good swimming pools.A nice new hotel with luxorious SPA. Some unsubstantial details to improve, like no tableclothes on tables at restaurant and others. But it really can't spoil the overall atmosphere. The menu of the restaurant could have more varieties. I stayed for 7days and 6 plates was boring. The hotel only has 1 lift, which was broken the first 24 hours of my stay (to be fair, I arrived on Sunday, so perhaps it was impossible to repair it immediately). The spa section is not accessible to wheelchair users.No. I stayed two other times in the last 2 years... the breakfast buffet was not very good quality.Not an issue about the hotel itself but just a tip if plan to you drivethere - the connection ferry between Saarenmaa and mainland Estonia onlygoes once per hour so it might be a good idea to check out the schedulein advance (we didn't and were stuck waiting for quite some time). Uncomfortable seats on the balcony.could be warmer water in outside pool in wintertime. Hotel is Soviet style from outside, simple breakfast.The prices in the restaurant were not corresponding to the quality of food though the restaurant is advertised in the web pages as courmet. The appetizer was blinis and salmon roe. The roe was seemingly frozen and tasted rancid. The main course was pike perch with smashed vegetable balls. The tiny pieces of size of thumbs of again frozen fish were hided into these balls which were seasoned with... unfortunately there was some building work near to the hotel. The receptionist was very good and changed our room. We arrived at 16:00, but our room was not yet ready. A receptionist Inga said that the room will be ready in 10 min and asked to take a seat in a lobby. We were waiting for 30 min after that they gave us a room. I think tha at least she could give us a welcome drink so it could be nicer to wait for the room. Prices are enough high :-(. I did not find the spa atmosphere that is advertised but found other clients who do not respect the idea of a spa. in the pool areas were people walking around with their beer, swimming in their bathrobes to impress their friends and babies in the jacuzzi in diapers, Not nice. I can't recommend it as a spa but as an inexpensive hotel with pools. Poor pool surroundings. The restaurarant was not "cosy", felt more like a railway station coffee shop. No comfortable chairs on the balcony, just uncomfortable pieces of wood. Small balcony with a poor view. Not the best location, although the location is near the ocean. View over parking areas and a apartement area also belonging to the hotel.
