We stayed at Old palace resort for 3.nights for vacation. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in. Also, Housekeeping is very good. Room very cleaning and well maintained excellent view of the red sea. Food is very good , amazing. It was a very nice vacation in old palace. The staff (reception&restaurant) very helpful in few minutes we made check- in and in seconds we found all we need the chalet room v.good very nice beach thanks for all the staff .
