I came to Dahab 4 years ago and stayed in this same hotel, just came back to it again and the reason is that the service in this hotel is excellent, really second to none. The staff are so friendly and always do their best in sorting out promptly any problems you might have. And the owner of the hotel, Emad, is really a nice and trustworthy character, he always makes sure your stay is hassle free and will respond to your personal requests directly. all reviews » After all the razzmataz of Sharm el sheik we were a little apprehensive when we arrived, as it looked rather run down. However, we were soon put at ease when we met the owner and were taken to our room. The room was very spacious, actually a triple room when we had booked a twin. They supply bath and beach towells, free wifi, 2 bottles of water, and breakfast was fine, my husband had eggs and toast etc and I had toast and honey and coffee. The kitchen area is always open so you can make yoursel. Good all round hotel for the price. No faults, nice pool and clean room. Some rooms were being refurbished so worth asking for them. Also, you get free drinking water, tea/coffee, wifi, breakfast and laundry throughout your stay; all an extra bonus for those on a budget. The owner Imed and Mohammed went out of their way to solve any problems and be friendly to guests. Very generous to give free water, tea, coffee. Excellent value and very central location in a lovely laid-back resort. The location is very good! The Owner is such a very nice and kind man, always very helpful and polite! The hotel provide free water, it´s a very positive point as in Egypt we consume lots of water. Budget hotel so nothing fancy but good enough to stay in for a fairly inexpensive holiday. free water and helpful staff evento touh they did not speak english. I think they were in the process of renovating the Hotel for the busy season which I think the Hotel needs...outside only the room inside were fine. Nothing for the price I paid, a good little hotel. Rooms and in particular bathrooms really need re-furbishing, but cant expect much more for the price paid. The rooms should be refurbished. Shower hight is fixed and a little on the low side. bathroom water is salty. Shower a bit small but it wouldn't stop me staying here!. The only thing that werent good were the bathroom. It has a strange smell there, very strong, coming from the tuberies. Wi-Fi was not working in the room - kept failing... there was no one at the reception en we got there . staff does not speak english which can b pretty anoying at times, especially when you need toilet paper.
