Malu, the manager could not possibly be any moe attentive or kind. The room are beautiful and super clean. Also an awesome view, and close enough to town for an easy walk, but up the hill enough for quiet. She also is a super cook, and serves the most beautiful and delicious breakfasts. Add to this that our son had a very bad thing happen and is in the hospital an hour a way. Because my Spanish is not good she makes the two hour journey, with us, to interpet etc... We could not have gotten thro.
all reviews » Very nice, friendly, helpful owner (Malu), who lets you stay in one of her beautiful suites with large windows so you can see the beautiful sunrise. Walking distance from Banos, nicely located outside the city so you can enjoy the peaceful and quiet country life. The most enjoyable stay on my 3weeks trip through Ecuador!. The owner and her dogs are incredibly friendly and helpful. The views are fabulous, the mattresses are very good, and the breakfast was the best we've had in an Ecuadorian hotel. We even got a little Ecuadorian bus ornament and candy assortment when we left!. Very friendly and helpful host, Perfect Location to stay a bit outside the very touristic Centre of baños,still in good walking distance to the town, nice garden, Perfect view of the volcano, super clean and Safe Place. Totally recommend to stay here!!!. Malu(host/owner) was fantastic- very thoughtful! Breakfast was delicious- served w/ local juice. Views probably some of the best in Banos (you can see the volcano and overlook the town). 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars etc. It's new and run by a lovely woman who was extremely helpful. Wonderful views nearby but out of town for those who don't have a car and have walking problems. The views from our room were stunning especially sunrise. Lovely decorated room and comfy bed. Breakfast was nice and Malu was a great host. Everything in this place was just wonderful, the view that you have early morning is just fascinating!. Nice location, a little bit outside the center with great view and personalized attention. I really enjoy a lot of tranquility, the view and the space surrounded by nature. The view was amazing and the hotel manager was awesome. The road to the hotel is extremely narrow and steep in parts; I would not want to walk along it, particularly after dark. The pool is more of an indoor warm tub (though it was relaxing after a day of hiking). nothing. Did not tay long enough... The bedroom does not have curtains, I think I should have, it would be even more comfortable. Not having wifi.
