  The staff in the reseption was very kind, and we got a familyroom upgrade without any ekstra cost. It took only ten minutes ekstra to fix the beds for the children. The rooms were big and clean, but needs upgrade. Good breakfast buffet. - The staff where so accommodating. I went with a group off 30 guests and the staff in reception where great.   The service provided by hotel management was outstanding. I was having problems with my US Chase credit card and they worked patiently with Chase staff to correct the situation.   The staff were very friendly and helpful - always with a smile. The rooms are very quiet and spacious. The meals are delightful and the rhubarb and other vegetables are from their own kitchen garden - none could be fresher. Very convenient to Skagen and other sights.
