Please note that keys are collected at Kerteminde Tourist Office, Hans Schacksvej 5, 5300 Kerteminde. If you expect to arrive after 16:00, please inform the Kerteminde Tourist Office in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from Viby Holiday House with payment instructions. A prepayment via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Please note that electricity and heating are not included in the room rates. Duvets and pillows are provided. You are kindly requested to bring your own bed linen and towels. A security deposit of DKK 900 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
