big comfy bed (and i've found most beds in denmark to be ordinary), free parking, great kitchen, easy access to direct downtown bus, nice people running the studio, gave me a lift to accom from other side of town.

average bathroom, esp shower, a bit noisy in mornings from downstairs food warehouse, had wifi hassles took 2 days to rectify but was eventually fixed.
Lack of comfort for the more mature, no lounge chairs, no extra pillows provided and the venitian blinds do not block the late evening light adequately. As a Ground floor apartment it lacks privacy and is noisy.
