The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish. The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of English and continental items. There was a nice pool and training facilities, although I did not try them. The wifi was ok, both in the room and common areas.
all reviews » very helpful staff, got an upgrade in the top floor of the hotel with Öresund-view because we asked for a quiet room, when we arrived there were plenty of people shouting and drinking in the lobby - there was a big dart competition that weekend, of course there must not be a correlation :-), room spacy and modern furnished, clean, good business-breakfast, good connection to the airport and metro just nextby. Location is perfect - metro station is just beside the hotel (1 min walk), it takes 3-4 stops to get to the city center (15 min) and it takes 2 stops (5 mins) to get to the airport. Metro operates 24 hours a day. Hotel itself is modern and clean, rooms are comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast with wide selection of food. Close to Metro & #12 Bus to get into the center of town. Second Metro Stop from the Airport. Nice Breakfast Buffet. Clean rooms. Hotel rooms are very basic similar to a cabin on a car/passenger ferry. Easy to get around with the Copenhagen Card and within walking distance of the Aquarium. We got off our cruise at 9AM and by the time we got to the hotel it was at 11AM which is few hours before check-in time. Our room was ready per our request and we were able to see the city the rest of the day without worrying about our luggage. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. This hotel is very close to Kastrup Airport and Bella Center, therefore it's ideal for avoiding the traffic in Copenhagen to get to Bella Center or catch early morning flights. Rooms are small but comfortable, breakfast is great and the food at it's restaurant is still very good. The position is excellent as the metro is directly outside the hotel entrance. The sound insulation is good, so you won't be disturbed by the trains. Rooms are not big but there's enough space for luggagge and living inside. Breakfast is really good. This is a classical Airport hotel; unlike many of them it offers extremely good value for money, however. To catch a very early morning flight, without any problems and without a taxi being involved, my alarm rang 85 minutes before takeoff .... We stayed two nights at the beginning and the end of our vacation. The last night was fabulous as we were given a room with AC, clean room, spacious washroom, beautiful design. Great free breakfast. I would recommend this place with cautions. The hotel was clean and the room spacious. It was next door to the train stop so very convenient to airport and downtown. It had an awesome fitness center and fabulous breakfast included in the room. I plan to stay there again. Practical location adjacent to metro close to the airport; inexpensive safe parking while we were away (we stayed the nights before and after our flight). Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel. Hotel is a bit isolated and located in a primarily residential area. Need to go 2 metro stops to find a grocery store and 650 meters to find an ATM but these were minor inconveniences. Beds could have been a little bit more comfortable. The first night at the Park Inn we received a warm muggy room with no AC, a little small space, expensive meal choices in Salt & Pepper Restaurant, horrible room view of the Metro and a roof out our window. The second night we waited over an hour for room service and then the food was cold. Have you ever eaten a cold hamburger with fries? Yuk! They gave us only free pop for the inconvenience. We put the food out in the hallway but it was never picked up from 8pm to 9am the next day. Nothing. Impersonal, rather dull. No sandwiches or similar for jet-lagged arrivals after restaurant closing time. No information about hotel facilities in bedrooms (E.G., breakfast times? Internet?). Staff at the restaurant was indifferent. Service was slow. Empty tables were set with water and bread before we were served water and bread. Could not catch servers attention when we needed something. it would be helpful if the local metro station was mentioned in the address. Nothing. Cleaner took away a used glass and didn't replace it. Parking is not included (DKK 150 per day). The shower area by the pool was dirty. Restaurant was overpriced for dinner with poor service. Room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day, had to call down to front desk for clean glasses and coffee mugs. In portal booking com it is mentioned the station Amager, however nearest metro station is xxxx (I have forgotten the name). The food could be improved. The bathroom will need some attention in the future. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and no fridge/mini-bar. In fact we stayed from a very high price.promotions should be checked. there is NO fridge! there is no air-conditioner (it was hot during our stay). and for 5 days of our stay the swimming pool did not work for 3 days by different reasons. so, we were really dissapointed, because we specially chose the hotel with a pool. Your web site stated that the hotel offered a shuttle to the airport. That was NOT accurate. The Metro was close to the hotel but it was not a shuttle. We had to pay extra to take a cab from the airport to the hotel. Your shuttle info was the reason we booked the hotel as we had a 6:30 AM flight. We overheard another Bookings traveler also complaining about the misrepresentation. Please correct. Price. As its close to the airport, its very expensive. Tiny room. Tiny beds. No A/C. Tiny bathroom. Shower floor is like a bowl, vey small and uncomfortable. uncomfortable bed. The cost of the taxi ride from the cruiseship to the hotel. Not very soundproof, I woke up a couple of times in the night because of cars passing by. No Negatives!. the area around the pool is not very clean, there is no water bucket in the sauna. Missing lights in the swimming pool. Nothing. Breakfast room is not so nice. Just a bit isolated for tourists. -room a bit small for two people but price right!. Noise from outside . I didn't know there's no refrigerator in the room. I am not sure if there is one in other type of room. No bath. No kettle in the room.
