Room was nice and clean. After experiencing some problems with the lock we have been moved to another room within half an hour. The reception was opened longer than on the website. If you're planning a city break in Copenhagen we would recommend it!. It is a very safe hotel, you have to enter the code or scan the room card if you want to go to the floors. High price-performance ratio: very comfortable, very clean and good location!! recommendable!.
all reviews » Friendly and helpful staff - It was close to restaurants and a market - though it was close to a somewhat busy street there was not much noise, so it was good. Comfortable rooms. The rooms could be a bit bigger. none. very small room. Douvet was a bit thin, could have done with a blanket (had to use both douvets in my room). Sink was blocked, shaving/brushing teeth quickly led to overflow + then dirty sink. Some eggs for breakfast would have been nice. The breakfast is pretty basic. There's not a lot of parking, so you have to get there early if you want one. none. Room was a little bit cold. very cramped and small rooms, and very waste equipment in the room. I would not recommend for families with children. Wifi only for a fee.No kitchen,just a microvawe and a water boiler. Rooms are very basic. It's more like a hostel than a hotel, with shared bathroom and shower. But considering that hotels in Copenhagen are extremely pricey, this is a more decent option, although you still pay a lot for what you get. Not value for money. This is not a hotel by any standards whatsoever. If this place was a little cheaper then it would be better. Small rooms. No ensuite Extra payment for internet in the room Extra payment for breakfast. one girl atb the reception was not fitt for the job.. she could not handle 2 gast at the desk at the same time.. to mutch stress.. Price. Breakfast should get improved and cleanliness in toilets and rooms. This feels more like a hostel than a hotel and should be advertised as such (shared facilities, noisy neighbours etc).
