Large quiet rooms. I found it to be a sanctuary of quietness. Breakfast is nice and good value for what is provided (it isn't cheap, but the quality is high). Bowls of fruit on every floor. The location is good, an easy walk from the Station and to the city centre. Staff are lovely. Gorgeous hotel round corner from amazing Aros art gallery & short walk from shopping district. Beautifully designed & very comfortable with friendly & helpful staff - highly recommended!.

I agree the food is on the pricey side for dinner and you can do better in town, which is an easy walk. smell of drains throughout hotel bathrooms. reception toilets smell as if someone died in there. The bathroom in our room the drains really smelled bad. The fitness room is not really inside the hotel and you need to purchase a voucher to access it, which I found a little exagerrated considering the price and standing of the hotel. Like many other Radisson Blu hotels, the time for renovation in the rooms and specially the bathrooms is past due, and I know that the works will only take place when the financial budgets and projections allow it, but it’s really a shame. These hotels are usually in great properties, and very professionally staffed, and it would simply take some further investment for them to truly be the 4-star delights they would like to be. I cannot think of one thing I didn't like except the food was on the pricey side. Limited room service and dining room menu. Nothing. prisen er for høy. Bathroom was smelly. Rooms need a refresh (and make over). Very pricey for such outdated rooms. Healthclub needs to be paid seperately and is NOT part of the hotel.I expected a lot more at this price point. Hotel looking as though it need a good makeover. External repairs/alterations still not complete after 12 months!! Bedrooms look a bit faded, particularly bathroom where rusty tap base and rusty basin drainhole. Not good for what is supposed to be a 4 Star Hotel.
