Guests can relax with a massages in a wellness centre or right in the hotel room. From spring until autumn, a garden is at guests' disposal. Various amenities such as pillows and blankets are provided by the hotel. A trampoline, table tennis facilities, a DVD library, skateboards and a playground can also be found on site and guests can rent iPads on spot. The Hotel Savoy features games room with Play Station and X-box, and babysitting can be organized upon request. There is a garage available for an extra fee. Ski equipment and bicycles can be rented directly at Savoy, and ski storage and Nordic Walking poles are also available. A private ski instructor can be hired on site and the Savoy Hotel also offers ski school services.

Excellent Location within the city. Very good pre-arrival service by mail. Comfortable nice spa area. Good italian(-ized) restaurant with delicious offers (Thanks to the chef). Very friendly and committed staff. Successful old showbiz style design of rooms and floors (beside the restaurant) and adequate room sizes. This concept fits the name Savoy. - New, clean, nicely designed hotel matching mountain style of the building outside and modern decor inside - friendly & helpful staff - good selection of Italian wines - tasty bread for breakfast - hotel is in the centre of village with direct access to trails and proximity of slopes.

Savoy is in top 3. only topped by Hilton and marriot in Thailand. savoy is a great hotel with perfect location, very nice rooms and the best staff u can find. I recomend this hotel to everybody. Does not come better. Love it. I liked staff behavior which was always a step ahead of any our whiches. I would like to thank you junior hotel employee who is responsible for luggage, cars movements and others thing like this. He is very attentive to all clients needs. The staff were great and would try to help out in any way possible. They even arranged our skiing instructor for us prior to our arrival. The underground parking was a bonus that we didn't expect. The staff are exceptional, nothing is a problem and very welcoming. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. I travelled on my own with 2 young childern and they were really accommodating. Staff was very nice and always helpfull. The design of the hotel is beautifull and I also liked the beds and the sleep was excellent there. The team of the frontdesk and the restaurant is very young but uncertain. Price- performance ratio is not what we had exected, when we booked in a hotel called "Savoy". - Hotel allows smoking in the restaurant - rooms without river view are a it dark due to lack of direct sun light (facing hill and forest or another building). Only 1 Little thing. Please respect the parking for disabeld people. I see staff member and photografer park there. The wifi was terrible in the room that we stayed in. The Spa was fully booked for days in advance, so that it was impossible to get a massage after skiing. The restaurant was over priced and the food was average. It's a pity for such a lovely hotel that they don't have a bar/ reception area that you can sit in and have a coffee or a drink. I did not like how was the juices served on breakfast. If there are some smaller things to mention than it would be that the breakfast wasn't that good as the overall standard of this hotel and parking space for cars costs extra (no alternatives for parking cars in the vicinity of the hotel). I,ts absolutely not acceptable in the civilication world smoking cigaret,s during the breakfest in the restaurant 9 am next to smokers children play and drink cacao. Little variety of breakfast.
