  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

We had a junior suite which was lovely, with a bay window overlooking the square and Astronomical clock.   We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. We were dead even with the clock tower! It was great!!! And we did NOT wake up at all through the night due to noise. The temp of the room was very comfortable. I booked this hotel on account of it's location in the old city centre and was surprized to find the hotel as admirable as the city itself, adding to our overall experience.
