We visited Prag in March and despite the cold weather outside this hotel offered us all the comfort we needed. I appreciated most the cleanliness. The rooms are very nice designed and spacy, it makes you feel very comfortable... And the best are the huge bathrooms, everything very modern. Moreover, the location is very good. It is just 30 minutes walk from Carl's bridge and other sightseeings. You can also take the tram with the station right around the corner of the hotel, and then you are the.
all reviews » We stayed in the executive room for one night. Everything was great. Large room, good facilites, friendly stuffs. The mattress was amazing. We both had so good sleep, fall in love with the bed :) our room has a great view from the bed as well. The location of the hotel is not so centered, but good enough. 10 to 15 min with tram along the river. I think it is even better to just avoid the crowd in the center. Prague is such a charming city. We had a beautiful room on the Executive floor with a balcony and a "courtyard view" (which is the best side of the hotel in terms of views). Expensive parking : 22 EUR/day - The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the city center - Spend a lot of time looking for the parking entrance (driving in Prague for the first time is difficult) There is no pool, but our stay was in overall very pleasent. They don't have anyone to help you with your bags that's all other than that everything was great. Bath ammety goods are a little poor. Only body lotion is available, shampoo and conditioner shall be arranged separatly. Everything was great. You should take tram 3 to go to new town and 17 to go to old town. Each way takes about 7-8 minutes. As usual in Czech Republic people's attitude, including hotel and restaurant staff, is not so welcoming. Breakfast is expensive. Parking just outside the hotel is cheaper than inside. Bit expensive (for a room and parking) without the special offer; Executive room much smaller than expected and without a proper seating corner; "Martin" at the reception was not particularly helpful. the only thing which was not good: we couldn't close the bathroom door without locking it. But this wasn't an issue. the increased fee for parking. nothing to mention. We could not turn off the air conditioning. We didn't have much of a view. Reception staff not very helpful. The room was compact but no complaints. noise from railway in nearby, but almost unnoticeable if windows are closed. Nothin to didnt like ,. Everything was wonderful. Booked 3 rooms, 2 been in a higher category (more spacy) than 1. bar and restaurant way to expensive no iron in room. Not a thing. Nothing. Staff at breakfast could be more attentive, e.g. guests were not offered coffee without having to wait for ever or ask.
