I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The massage therapist was VERY helpful with my injured back. The swimming pool was not large, but large enough for laps.
