The Motel is located in 5 minutes walk from metro station. That's its main advantage. The staff doesn't speak English well, but they do all their best to understand you and help in any question. The breakfasts were good enough, various and nourishing. There is a playground for kids, tables in the open terrace, bar and a nice garden with blooming trees. For sure, this Motel is a great choice for those who don't want to spend much money and don't expect luxury facilities, but look for calm and co.
all reviews » I always receive a friendly welcome and get a nice breakfast. It is convenient for the metro and an easy quick journey to the city centre while motorists have good parking and can easily see the motel from the road in either direction. Finally I get a great evening meal in the restaurant by the hotel, ie in the same building but separate entrance. If you are looking for a cheap accomodation, near metro station I would reccomend you Motel Grado. It is a great value and location. Breakfast included was good. There wasn't any problem to leave my car and go sightseeing during the last day after I had checked out. Friendly staff. Value for money for the price with complimentary breakfast. We arrive very late but they are very helpful even dont speak English. Big room with basic needs to sleep. Shared toilets. Free parking on site is bonus. Free WIFI and a PC available. Bed was good and the room spacious. Only 300 meters from metro station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant prices were very reasonable. easy to travel to city center .friendly and helpful stuff.breakfast was good.rooms were warm.there were candles in the room which made room smell nice also look romantic. But I don't recommend this hotel for long staing. It is also good and cheap restorant in this hotel. Really cheap and nice rooms, given the location. Great breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant. Ita a nice place, but very Basic. For example no sink in the room. Breakfast was included in price, Not far from center if you are by car, Polite and friendly stuff, Can be paid by euro or CZK. Easy acces to the center in 15 min by tube, breakfast is amazing, fresh croissants, fruits,... It was close to the train station. The staff tried to be helpful. People were friendly. Breakfast was good. we stayed with my family and it was good for location(because we didn't go out after midnight) and price was extremely good for us. Breakfast was very nice,the stuff in the restaurant were really nice people. The best thing was the breakfast that was provided. Nothing. We stayed for 10 nights in this Motel. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. But when we arrived, all the room was cleaned and the sheets were washed. So, that wasn't a great problem for us. There was a weird smell in a hall and thin walls. The external do seems old and not that inviting when we first arrived but thats ok. No toilet in room, only shower. Only one member of staff spoke a little English, the others only Czech. Everyone was very helpful, except one of the night bartenders made us, as tourists, feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Nothing to complain. Poor facilities. You have to walk outside of the building to get to breakfast area, which is a bit upleasant, especially during winter. Stuff don't know English at all, Very very thin walls, we could hear the people next room even if they wisper, shared toilet. Personal doesn t speak English at all, hard communication. Share bathrooms for men are really share: 1 big shower for everyone!. The staff spoke no English, they tried to help, but it didn't work well. The bathroom facilities were dirty. The showers were awful. The room wasn't very clean. We stayed for three days and they didn't clean the room or change any of the linens. I had to ask for a fresh towel and that was difficult. it's very, very simple, and ordinairy. It's a very low level of motel. Toilets are falling to bits. No curtins. Will not book it again. Do not be misled by the website which states that there is free transport to the airport. There is NO free transport to the airport. The pillows and beds were awful,horrible!!!! it's really better to sleep without pillow than sleep with these,That was really big problem for this mote,the bed was almost broken i couldn't sleep well for all the nights that we stayed.No one in reception know english,it was hardto understand each other but we used google translate on the computer which is near the enterance,i recommend you use this way too. Booked in for two nights and only stayed one. This place was really run down, smelled really badly of smoke and was not pleasant. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I stay in a lot due to my job. The receptionist who greeted me in the evening couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him so he shouted at me and slammed his fists on the counter, making me feel very uncomfortable, threatened and reducing me to tears. This member of staff should be sacked!.
