One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Friendly staff, good food, very convienient for public transport and close to all the sites. the location. This hotel is ideally located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. There was also a wide selection of good restaurants nearby. Currently it looks more like a canteen.I didn't like the girls at reception who weren't very polite. They looked like robot and didn't pay attention to what I was talking. a little expensive, no minibar, no water boiler. We stayed for 7 days and I don't think the sheets were changed. Basic, although fair for price. expensive, breakfast costs $12 additionally; the room was too hot. it would be fine if there was possibility to hire in a hotel DVD and to look movies. i stayed with a buddy over new years for 5 days. As we had hangovers most days we put the do not disturb sign on the door and were happy not to have room cleaned. on the last full day we had the room cleaned for us. the service was only half done with the glasses in the room not replaced and the sheets we were sleeping on for four days not replaced either. just remade on the bed. unacceptable. it was a special offer stay.I can understand that it was not breakfast included in the price even if it wasnt mentioned.But at least the should clean the room.5 nights stay none of the days was clean the bathroom(very important) and also none of the days was changed the sheets and pilows.the only thing they did was to make nice the bed.I sujest you do not put in the web site these "offers" .at the reception they should smile , more towels for family rooms and less price for the bad parking.
