1. Location- just 4 min walk to Karluv most, we had every day romantic night walk back from downtown, no people in Kampa island at night; 2. Very queit place inspite of it is in the center, sleep very well at night, no noise at all; 3. Nice big room - we had delux room on the third floor; 4. Nice breakfast, standart board, but was everything what is needed for breakfast, nice croissant they bake; 5. Warm room, they have heating; 6. No problem with hot water and water flow; 7. They have transfer.

The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. From transfers to securing an early check-in, the staff was incredibly helpful and ensured every logistic was pulled off without a hitch. Our family suite (last-minute booking and only 175 euros a night for so much space during a very busy week in Prague!) was superlatively spacious and comfy. Prague was pleasant very much! There are no instructions on how to arrive by car, the GPS will guide you 100 meters behind the hotel and you can't park your car there. Reaching in front of the hotel took me about an hour and a half, the traffic in Prague is a disaster. Parking is very expansive (20 eur a day). The price is slightly high for Czech Republic, though a fair value for the money. The stuff in breakfast and room service could be more polite. Just say "Hello". Only negative was the lack of English breakfast tea. No milk to go with tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Not convenient bed. The ventilation in the bathroom seemed not to work. The room lacked air conditioning. Very warm room even with the window open. nothing. Wifi was a bit spotty even in public areas. Breakfast everyday the same. There was cold in the rooms (end of november), a bit dirty in the hotel but it is not so terrible. I upgraded to a "deluxe" room requesting a view of Charles bridge as advertised, I can't argue there was a view if u stood on your tippy toes and strained your neck out the window. However the worst part was the fact the "deluxe" room was situated above the front entrance to the hotel and every time someone used the door it was like being back in the war with the bang that went off as it slammed!!. Our room was quite small and we were tripping over our cases a bit. We only stayed one night but we could have made more room by putting everything away in cupboards etc had we been staying longer. Can be updated. we didn´t like that in double room were two single beds pushed together ... Room had no view whatsoever (building opposite directly in front of window). The room was incredibly hot the whole time, we also had a constantly leaking soap dispenser in the bathroom which was annoying. Normal tea bags not supplied on tray, no milk. No comfortable chair to sit on in deluxe room. Had to use a glass for coffee no cups provided Rather chilly room Shower temperature not easily controlled and not powerful Despite this would recommend to friends. Rooms too small and with two single beds only! Cleaning service was only available until 12.00 and this is not what applies for such hotels! But the most important is that there is no air condition in the rooms.We were there at mid of July and It was too hot (30-32 degrees for Prague) and imagine that we are used in such temperatures since we come from Greece, so prefer lower temp seasons for your stay there!. No room air condition ,old non sound profe windows. Small room, dump, noicy breakfast limited Too expensive not exciting hotel dark hotel. room could be cleaner. I booked double room for 1 person and this implied only one bed was made and other bed was without sheets. Bathroom, very poor room furnishing, noise at the morning from the corridor, breakfast.
