The rooms were quite spacious, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the staff was sweet and helpful, the breakfast excellent with a wide selection of food. There is a cool bar half a block away for a nighcap or whatever and it was convenient to the tube. Very friendly staff, rooms were very big and clean and breakfast wasexcellent. We enjoyed our stay in city bell and will strongly suggestedit to others.
all reviews » I made reservation 3 times in 3 different weeks. I can suggest this Hotel, because is really good, clese to metro (1 stop to center). Hotel staff is really nice and my stay it was like home living. This is a good 3 stars hotel !!. The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful. You have an 'i' before my name. It is Michele. breakfast start only at 08.00, maybe too late...but anyway good. We would of liked a kettle in our room but thats all. The bathroom could use a fitting to hold the shower head so it can function as a conventional shower. please, serve a better coffee at breakfast. Wished TV was a bit bigger. They did not confirm the booking of the airport shuttle by return e-mail as I asked, even after repeated requests. In the I end I ordered the shuttle by myself and after requesting them to cancel their own shuttle order, they finally replied that the shuttle was ordered, but according to my request they will cancel it.small toilet room and not so clean.. No change of towels. Only Czech TV chanels. the temperature into the room. The hotel apparently did not have our reservation. We had reserved a non smoking room for 4 nights. We had to spend 2 nights in a smoking room, which was unpleasant. The hotel staff found us a nearby apartment for the 3rd night. On the 4th night we finally were given a non smoking room. The staff was helpful. Very hard beds. Not recommended for people with back problems.

Vinohrady is a beautiful part of Prague 2. The majority of buildings in this quiet and nice area was built in the second half of the 19th century. The area is dominated by St. Ludmila Cathedral, Vinohrady Theatre, the National House and many other landmark buildings.
