I liked the location. It was very near by the Old Town and thus, convenient. In addition, it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked tha fact that there were lockers which gave me much more sense of security. Close to the center, and the surrounding area are nice. 5 minutes from metro station and from Charles Square. Staff is helpful and friendly. Free computers and internet. Free coffee in the kitchen.
all reviews » This hostel essentially satisfied all my requirements. 24 hour reception, friendly staff, a good location and generally clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Good location, 24-hour access, good shared facilities, lots of amenities, just by the metro, fair price, well heated in cold weather. The location was amazing. Walking distance to everywhere! And the staff was very helpful. The beds are comfortable, no much noise and easy access to everywhere I would like to go. The place is great to go as a group of friends. Rooms are spacious and clean. we lıked your hotel; access to, using kitchen ... everything was good.:). Very nice place, clean and comfortable Free computers with Internet. It's not five star place but you shouldn't expect it from the beginning (as it's hostel and has two stars). It`s really cheap and very close to the center. If you spend a lot of time out then this hostel is for you. a location is fine, close to Karlovo namesti (Charles square). Good location, good wi fi. I just hostel location. It was clena enough for one night and was cheap... Location. I did not like my bed. There was something wrong with it and it made noises each time I moved. That was disturbing for both me and the other people in the room. Wi-fi signal was not very steady, sometimes it was ok, sometimes it didn't work in that very same room. Locker in my room was not very spacious, it lacked 5 sm or so to fit 50-litres backpack. I don't have anything specific that I didn't like. All was fine. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Personally, NO!. when we did the booking breakfast was supposed to be included but actually it isnt. They said they offered a coffee or a tea that we never really saw. Only Our bed linens was smelling cigarette. ıt was not clean.:(. no loundry service. Sometimes you have to knock several minutes to the door after 10 p.m. Staff not much friendly.. Wifi was quite slow. Nothing. They have different buildings. We were a couple and a friend and ended up staying at different buildings. Room doesn't have a garbage can. It would be nice if the bathrooms were renovated. But still for that price it was great. More than I expected. A room for four people has only beds. Very sad interior. The distance from the window and the wall of next building is no more then 3metres, so it`s grey in the room all the day. Somebody came to the room around 8 a.m. while we were sleeping and he has stolen an IPhone. Scary and not safe. Receptionist should probably check better who is entering the hostel. Sorry to say, i would never return to Emma. The room is cold, there is no elevator in the building, towels paid - no warning. Staffs are rude also building is so old and beds are not comfortable. -for 2bed rooms is not at the mentioned hotel, but in the flat near the hotel, which was rebuilt from 3-rooms appartment into a small dormitory and each room was divided into 2 small rooms. You can hear everything from your neighbours, toillets and bathrooms together for women and man -very poor equiped -for this price is not acceptable. Drunk neighbours in the room, internet on hostel`s PCs didn`t work.
