Just complete aspects of the Hotle from Reception Desk to Room maintainence. everything is the best. Especially - breakfast. Good location for vacation, it is quite place and special. very helpful staff who were polite and friendly. the rooms was very comfortable. High standard of service, comfort and helpful staff. The staff was very courteous and helpful with directions to the city and places to visit. The breakfast was also good and the hotel had good massage facilities as well. I had forgotten my internet cable the the reception staff kindly provided me with one. The tram stop is a few mins away and the castle is also a 10 min walk.
