After a bit of complaining about broken furniture, no telefone wire and ect we were offered accommodation in another fine room. Staff is very friendly and polite, some of them speak Russian which is nice as my husband doesn't speak English. The Hotel is in the heart of the city which makes it perfect for visitors, who want to see as much as they can by walking in the old and new town:).

Breakfast was not good. No lift to climb the floors In the room 36 : Cleaning was not perfect (hair of previous guest found on the bed) Heater not enough efficient to warm up the room correctly. Bathroom was AWFUL no ventilation flooded Breakfast food not good quality very noisy. Bathing shower and room design. old bathroom no lift poor breakfast. A real effort is required to the managment for some in-depht cleaning process. Smelly moquettes, unclean toilets, really insufficient lightings in the room (like in a morgue). The shower is a real challenge: no support for the shower handle and temperature chilling or burning you. The place is fine, just start maintenance, please!. staff hardly speak English, poor bathroom. Room and facilities need renivation. Staffs' attitude were bad. Toilet facilities was poor. Request for improvement was not accepted. The room was filled with water during raining day. top room on dach head storke on side wall 4 th floor no lift,,,,,. I am 6ft 1in tall and was put in the attic room. For my one night stay I don't think I stood up straight as the slanting roof took most of the room. The bathroom also had the same style ceiling and I had to bend and lowermy head to clean my teeth. A shower was out of the Question. The room cost me £32 and I now know why. Evan the breakfast was very average. Never again. Broken window, the door of the toilet was damaged and didn't close, bedclothes looked not clean as well as towels. Breakfast, Room, Housekeeping, wifi. hard beds, breakfast terrible, its horrible.
