Yes, everything was excelent. The location is lovely, only 6 metrostations from down town, but was very convenient because the metrostations is under hotel, so you don not have to get out and search forit. Also, it was lovely because there is a mall at level 0 and 1 of thesame building. The room was perfect, very clean, great bad, great view.The breakfast was fantastic!. Very nice brand new hotel, conveniently located on a metro station and a shopping mall. Nice clean and quiet rooms. Excellent!.

The breakfast is buffet but is pretty much the same every day, so after 2 or 3 days you just can't find anything you would really like there.Parking for 15 euro/night, Pool is in fenix gallery not in hotel, youhave to pay 11 euro for one entrance one person for pool. Small standarddouble room,. the only problem is the fact that you need metro to go to the center however there is metro station next to the hotel. Fridges are designed to be used only as an automatic minibar, youcouldn't put any own things inside. Small swimming pool is located inFenix Gallery ("I'm fit" fitness center, outside the hotel area) and isquiet expensive - 290 kč (about 13 eur) per entrance. Air conditioningin our room was completely inefficient, but only with +30°c outside.Anyway, you won't get better value for this price. I did not see fruit and welcome drink as specified in details of hotelfor executive room. The room smelled like cigars. In information was wriiten that the hotel has swimming pool but when I was there it was closed.For a 4 stars hotel I would expect at least fresh juice in breakfast. and the personnel could be a bit more friendly. some people at breakfast were rude. Hotel windows did not open and room became very stuffy, even producing headaches for us. The staff had no training and were not able to answer any queries. On checkout they tried to charge me 3 times the cost i was quoted then it took 10 minutes to sort out which caused me a great deal of stress as i needed to catch a flight. The hotel lobby had no air conditioning despite containing the bar and as a result each time you passed through the lobby it was full of cigarette smoke.the air conditioning had some problems at the beggining and the fact that the hotel was quite far from the city centre.
