Everything... Awesome staff, Plenty info from all, nice tunes, absolutely great room(though it wasn't the one that we expected), the service was great(we arrived at 5 in the morning and they bend the rules.... the check us in... and Prague is pretty cold in this time of year), the staff was absolutely perfect... Marvelous breakfast.....the room was warm like hell, perfect in this time.... I wish you had a category beyond excellent! The Bellagio Hotel Praha is a WONDERFUL hotel - the entire staff was helpful and friendly above and beyond the call of duty, and the value was extraordinary. I highly recommend the Bellagio Hotel Prague and woud absolutely stay there again at that price - can I make another reservation of the same days two years from now?.
all reviews » All receptionists and the porter were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was well situated, only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and close to the river on the other side. There were some very good restaurants on the way to the old town. Central location yet very peacfull. It's by the river and is 5-10 min, walk to the old town square and every other site in the old town. free internet! Big rooms, big bathroom (handicapp) nice linens. Friendly and helpfull staff.It's a quality hotel at a very reasonable price. Room was excellent and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The heater was broken in our room, they couldn't fix it and the only moved us after I pressed the issue.We booked the room as a luxury double advanced payment deal. However when we arrived we discovered that there is in fact no luxury rooms, only standard doubles and one suite. We were in a standard double which was a lovely room but not the luxury lodgings we had been anticipating. We were also promised complimentary champagne which we did not receive. I felt the booking information was misleading. Breakfast un peu maigre, chambre avec vue sur arrière cour. the hygiene could improve, particularly in the bathroom. 1) The fact, that the room I was given for the special rate (under the roof, which didn't bother me) was small and its window had in a distance of 1 m. something a wall, so as we had actually no view. This isn't allowed (not having free view of at least 4.00 m. in most countries. The worse was that it was not mentioned before reservation and since the reservation for this room was not refundable. There was no Visible Hotel Sign outside the Building say like Intercontinental Hotel has!. Beware! Rooms are absolutely not soundproof! You hear every little mooveyour neighbours is doing, you can follow their whole conversations. Atnight it becomes unbearable! Guests in the corridor speak loudly and thesound comes through the room door just like through a piece of paper. Iand my girlfriend could not sleep at all!. Rude, arrogant lying front desk staff, rooms stank of smoke, hotel and rooms not as described.
