First of all - thank you, Emporio team for the nice hospitality. We liked our stay in your apartment very much and would definitely come again. The aptmt is located very centrally just few steps from the tram station and metro, also quite close to the railway station. By foot you will arrive many Prag's attractions in few minutes. The aptmt itself is clean, warm, equipped with all necessary staff for the city trip. We were in nb 111 - it's called party apartment, as there are 4 separated rooms,.
all reviews » The location was brilliant and it was just around the corner from a tram stop to/from the main train station. Please visit the little bakery (maroon frontage) around the corner on the main street for fab sandwiches and amazing cakes. Ooh, I could easily do some damage to one of those little fruit trifles right now! We could walk around the city's sights incredibly easily from the Emporio and we could pop back during the day, if needed. It has a mini supermarket across the road, which was handy . I read all the customer reviews on hotels and apartments in Prague within my budget. Emporio Prague Apartments was the only one to have no negative reviews. This made me feel confident that I was choosing a very good place to stay. I was also impressed by the value for the rate charged. I liked that this is a building with not many apartments, making it a very quiet place to stay. I was very impressed with the friendly and quality level of service from the reception staff. They were so kind and. I just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a great time in Prague, and a lot of it had to do with the great hospitality by your staff. Your staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but most of all, very friendly and treated us with the utmost courtesy. I would definitely recommend your Apartment House to my friends in the future. This location was walking distance to everything and easy to get to from the airport. The City Center bus dropped us off about 2 blocks away. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who was informative and kindly showed me to my apartment. There was a small gift on arrival which was most welcome after a few hours of travel. The rooms were well heated, with an adequate bathroom. There were plenty of utensils provided in the kitchenette. The location is excellent, with shops/supermarkets/bars/restaurants nearby along with some of the main sights/attractions of the city. I travel to Prague from time to time and will certainly loo. Very nice, stylish and comfortable hotel near the heart of Prague. All sightseeings are in a walking distance. Nearby is everything you may need : big shopping centre, restaurants, tube and tram stations, etc. Don't forget to visit the pub "Prague Beer Museum" which is around 100 meters away.Excellent service - very friendly receptionist. Reception is open 9-21, but they are more than ready to help in case of any questions and special needs. Considering also reasonable price, I was happy to sta. The location is excellent, it's situated near the central underground\tram station, there are lots of shops in the area and just 5 min to Staromest square and 15 min to Charles Bridge. The receiptionists were very nice and recommended good places to eat. The apartment is big, the kitchen is tiny but has all necessary facilities. The garbage was thrown away every day and the room cleaned\towels changed on request.Lovely presents from hotel on arrival and leaving:). The apartment had plenty of space for the two of us. The location was good and a short walk to all the sights in Prague. There was a mini fridge to keep some drinks cold. They gave us beers when we arrived and a treat the day we left. We thoughts this was a decent, budget-friendly place to stay in Prague. The 3 bed apartment was spacious and very clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. We received Czech beer on arrival and chocolate/hazelnut treats on departure. The apartment is located very closed to the old city center. Staff is very helpful. Their response to email was prompt and helpful. They also have good english and they work from 9 am to 9 pm. They also advised us a good place to exchange the money. And there are welcome gifts and other gifts. Very nice apartment. Emporio it´s located near the city centre, about 10 min walking, and the apartment is spacious and quiet. The staff are lovely and very pleasent. Our apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, and livingroom (with a small kitchen inside a wardrobe, enough for us). We will choose again Emporio for a next visit in Prague. We loved everything!. Because the building is so quiet, if a guest does not close an apartment's front door or the building's front door carefully it will make a loud slamming noise. This is an observation about how some people close doors - not a criticism of the apartment building's facilities or staff. When we arrived the room was not that clean, I mean the bathroom floor, the curtains looked like thay haven't been washed for long, the bed coverage didn't look tidy either. There was construction going on around and the floor was a little dirty because of it. There was a bit of footstep noise above our room (308) in the morning. I don't know if this applies to all rooms. Beds were on rollers so they tended to move about, not a major problem. Had to wash up cups in bathroom sink, again not a major issue. The reception only works from 9.00 til 9.00 p.m. and once the recpetionist only came at 9.10 in the morning. The kitchenette is very small and limited - but sufficient for making simple breakfasts or lunches. As we ate out every night, it did not become an issue during our 3-night stay. You may wish to bring a pillow, as I found the ones provided not good for my neck (big, soft, fluffy). Generally speaking, these are minor discomforts, as our experience in the Emporio Apartments was extremely positive. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable. For the small apartment, the kitchen actually means a stove placed inside a cupboard of the living room but no sink. You have to wash the dishes in the toilet. n/a. There was nothing to dislike except lack of soup dishes!. Rooms could do with some maintenance of plumbing and light fittings. Everything as satisfying except for the tv sat. There was practically no channels available except for some small selection of Arab channels aso. Our kitchen supplies were in poor condition, including our refrigerator that actually heated the closet, rather then keep anything cold. Not a big deal though, just don't plan on using the fridge. Very small I call it kitchenette compared it to the rest of appartment especially for a family with kids Internet was awful and needs to log in every time you use it. Kitchen chair legs are loose. 3 English channels out of several hundred options. The kitchen was a bit smaller than we expected but we managed. low pressure on all showers. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Kichenett manageble but was very small. There's nothing we didn't like. Everything was wonderful!. Kitchen is in a wardrobe but its Prague so its so cheap to eat out anyway. Kitchen was in a wardrobe. Pillows were quite uncomfortable and old. slow internet and weak wifi signal, only cash payment. Safety box lucked was not working. No air condetions at the apartment, no washing mashine and dryer. The therid bed room was not a bedroom; it was very small, has a sofa and smal kitchen..!. Elevator only available after one flight of stairs for our room. Carrying up of luggage a bit difficult. Hot water in the bathroom took almost 2 minutes to run (meanwhile only cold would come out), but that was just a minor issue.
