Friendly helpful staff. Furnishings and fittings all top quality. Bathroom had a footstool, most helpful for elderly travellers. Lift. Buffet breakfast good quality and range, with excellent machine espresso coffee. Easily located free parking outside the front of the hotel. Close to the main Square. This hotel was excellent. We stayed for 5 days. It offers great facilities and the location is in the center of the city. The staff are also very friendly and the rooms are stylish, comfortable and spacious. Lovely!.

The breakfast selection is very limited. Room was advertised on letsbookhotel.com as having coffee maker & robes but neither were in room. We asked for a coffee maker but were told this did not come in standard rooms. Finally they agreed to send us an electric kettle. The person on the front desk was obviously not happy with us or our request. Nothing. Room rather warm even with all heaters turned off - had to leave windows open!. My only constructive feedback is they could do a better job of making sure the breakfast buffet has everything. We got there before 9am (it goes until 10) but there were no more eggs. I asked for them and it took quite a while to prepare them. There were also no more water glasses and tea cups. It took us a couple of days to figure out the air-conditioning system and it would have been helpful if the front desk person had mentioned it upon check-in. No free water bottles in mini bar. - classical key instead card entrance system - i didn't catch the breakfast - only till 10:00, but the city has many alternative options (+) - the toilette was very noisy, especially by neighbours. We had a room facing the street and it was the noisiest place we've stayed in our 3 weeks of traveling thru Central Europe including much larger cities. We usually don't mind city noise but this was over the top. The hotel is definitely more three than four star. Smell of cigarettes in all public areas. Basic amenities. Roof windows only at the top floor. No balcony. The breakfast was poor in variety. Because we left at 6.30 a.m.one morning it proved impossible to have any breakfast other than a cup of tea or coffee even though it was paid for. Maximum 3 Star Hotel.
