The 3 and half star Hotel Ontario looks back upon a 150 year-long tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, about 5 minutes from the centre of Karlovy Vary. All the rooms boast superb views over the town and the Tepla river and offer lots of space. The Ontario hotel has its own camera-controlled parking lot right next to the building. Restaurants, coffee shops, mineral springs and the baths are all only a few steps away.

The hotel is positioned just two minutes walk from the centre of the spa precinct of Karlovy Vary. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and luxuriously furnished. The breakfast was fine. We would certainly stay again. The suite was elegant and comfortable, fully equipped with refrigerator and enough dishes for us to have lunch in our room. The staff were very helpful.

Limited choices at breakfast. Nothing really but breakfast could be little better. 2 twin beds; as a single traveler, I would prefer one queen sized bed. The choice of breakfast is not enough. Because it locates in the peak, guests need to walk a long way from the main street. Breakfast could be better. Auf letsbookhotel.com is mentioned childer up to 5 years are free - in hotel they say that children up to 4 years. It lead to unpleasant misunderstanding. Nothing. nothing to be remarked. No bath in my room. There is a kettle and cups in the room but no teabags!!! They want you to bring your own?. The stuff was very rude. They overcharged me 60 euros, I have been using letsbookhotel.com many years , never had a hotel scum me like this.
