Apartment was very well furnished and comfortable. Had a problem with the hot water on the first day, but this was quickly sorted by the very friendly staff. Location is ok, about a 15 minute walk into the city or 2 minute walk to a tram for a 5 minute ride into the city. Generous apartment with everything we needed for our short stay in Brno. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room and sunny garden added to experience. The nearby trams got us into town quickly and the 20 minute walk to Villa Tughendat through a park was pleasant. . all reviews »
Very friendly without being intrusive. Went out of the way to print of info from Internet for us. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped feels secure and safe although surrounding area down at heel. Gay friendly. We liked the place very much and hope to come again.
Good size main room, including separate kitchen + table, nice outdoor garden, and all secure behind locked gates. Parking ok directly in front of building, a short walk to the tram stop for a 5 minute trip to city centre.
Lucy (the owner) was extremely friendly with us, and very helpful when asked. The whole building is very much of family-like, not of a hotel-style at all. Highly recommended!.
Second stay for us, facilities are excellent and it was nice to enjoy the garden. Lucy is lovely and very helpful, tram and Interspar a short (5 minute) walk away.

The area where the apartments are is not the best area of Brno suburbs and you would most likely want to go into the city to eat. Very well equipped but missing a tea towel. Owner have a dog which is sometimes in the courtyard, he is very friendly but if your dog phobic this isn't the place for you.

A lot of noise from the street.
We had a reservation for another hostel and they changed us to this
telling us that the price was the same if paying cash otherwise they
were going to charge an extra of 10 euro which I find really unfare
because the changing it was not due to our fault. The cheching out day
the woman at the desk tried to make us pay 10 euro more anyway because
we had an apartment instead of a simple room bu we didn't decide to
change... They simply made some kind of mistake so watch out!!!!!.
The kitchen is super small, is Impossible to cook/sit there. The neighborhood is pretty ugly, we only stay there because we were in a car. The decoration of the apartment is VERY orange, it needs more neutral colors to give it some balance.
