The cleanliness of the room and that everything was in excellent working order. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, that you could get fresh air, since the windows opened. Breakfast offered a wide selection. Wow it's so beautiful there, the hotel it's pretty new and it's really clean and comfortable. We were actually discussing that in comparison to the hotels in Italy, this hotel deserves 4 stars.;-).

The A/C was not working. No place to eat dinner near the hotel.No restaurant and a long way from town. charge for internet. I think that access to internet should be included in basic price for staying in the hotel even if that would mean that price will be higer than it is now. There was no Russian TV-channel. The lift was broken at check out time then we was leaving. Charge quite a lot of cost when paying in euro. No diner - although they did suggest a reasonably close restaurant.It is not really a 4 star hotel. It has to be 3 star. Because hotel only serves limited buffet breakfast. No dinner served and you have go out to THE PETROLEUM STATION!!! to feed yourself by sandwich only. It is very hard for a late arrival customer. Facilities like safety box where available only under payment of a guarantee! Food choice at breakfast was scarce and I noted yoghurts expired since days. If facilities/services would be slightly better organised, the hotel would be excellent.Hotel Stella was listed as accepting pets but when we showed up for check in with my dog, they told us that they do not in fact allow pets and they were unwilling to accommodate us for even one night. They actually suggested that I leave my dog in the car for the night or tie her up outside (it was thunder-storming at the time!) They were totally unhelpful. No evening meal facilities and could not pay by credit card.No restaurant.
